Shipping
Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. Items will be shipped within 3-4 buissness days of placing your order via the ship method you select during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered.
In order to complete an exchange or return, you must contact Sheryls Gift Shop & cookware within 5 days of order receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please email sheryl@sherylsthingsonline.com to obtain an RMA. Once you have received the RMA, merchandise must be returned within 14 days to receive credit for the purchase price of the item.

with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the package as well as noted on the original shipping paperwork. Returns made without a preapproved RMA WILL NOT be accepted.
Due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the United States.
You must enter your physical home address (Such as 123 Main Street) under the shipping address section of the check out page. If a P.O. Box is entered, your order will be placed on hold until such a time that a physical address can be obtained.
